RN102 UPS Compatibility
Hi everyone. New to this forum. Have had a ReadyNas Duo for several years and thought I would upgrade a bit to the newer functions of the RN102. Now want to protect it with UPS but finding it hard to see that compatibility list, lol! :)

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredMost APC UPS units work provided they have a USB port (N. B. serial to USB will not work). There are lots of UPS units out there and we can't test them all. The main thing is to stick to the compatibility list for internal hard drives.
Welcome to the forum! - mfogaAspirantI just upgraded from a RND2110 and I am having an issue with the USB UPS. I am using a APC CS500 and it worked just fine before but now I don't see showing. I can't add thought software since it not network APC. Does it matter what USB port? Does it actually show up when a USB UPS is attached?
- vandermerweMasterYou have connected it to a USB port? It doesn't matter which one.
If you look in the power tab you should see a subsection called UPS. Click the little arrow. What do you see?
