RN104 lock up and resync

NAS104-3-20-17-1738-01.jpgSystem has 4 drives installed, two 6 and two 8 TB drives.  I was deleating from windows two large back-up files (Acronis) to get more room.  Part way through the process the NAS locked up.  To power down I had to unplug the power supply.  When it booted back up, it came up to this screen in system / volumes. The error code is the other photo being uploaded. The resync continues but not much confidence in the outcome.  Help

    Do you have a backup?

    Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

      Can you access your data if you boot into volume read-only mode?

        I have not tried that.  I was waiting for the resync to finish.  Question, is their a problem with the 104 platform.  I know it is the bottom of the line processor and memory wise.  This is the second major problem I have had with this box. I also have a 214 that seems to ignore the same type of operation.
