Have just purchased ReadyNas RN104 second hand. Netgear are not interested in helping me! Cannot even transfere unit to my name! It is taking ages to gwt the drives to be ready to use, two 2tb dri...
Wher would I finfd that info (Smart Stats) as I say totally new to this! I have three WD2003FYYS-O2W0B0 drives and one ST2000VM003-1CT164

I too wish that Netgear would support equipment purchased via the second hand market, for a start it would promote brand loyalty, could bring in extra revenue by charging a fee for 3, 6 or 12 months support and be kinder to the environment, i.e. nearly new equipment not ending up in a land fill site.
However, they've made a commercial decision and I guess that's that.
