RN516 AV and Genie/Apps Issue
Currently running 6.0.6 on a RN516 and if I reboot the RN516 with antivirus (AV) enabled I am unable to see any apps or installed apps under the Apps tab upon reboot. However, if I disable AV and then go back to the Apps tab and login to the Genie Marketplace I am able to see a list of both apps and installed apps. Once I am able to see the available apps and installed apps, I can enable AV and the Apps tab continues to work as designed.
I have verified this process multiple times with the same result, I guess it could be my firewall but I don't think so and will require further troubleshooting.

- m1sterdTutorHave you raised a ticket at my.netgear.com ? I have raised several for my RN516 and so far have been called several times by Netgear and all the tickets have been updated with comments so I know the issues are at least being looked into/Netgear is aware.
EDIT: So now the Genie store is playing up for me, not quite the same as yours, I can see the installed apps (although these are only the 2 default ones, Plex which says its Off but is actually running and the Photos II app that cant actually be installed as its not ready for the RN516), but if I click on the Available apps I provide my Genie username/password and all I get is a blank screen, if I go to genie.netgear.com and log in it says no devices registered, it was working only a few days back as I keep checking in case the apps I am after (VPN, subversion etc.) are available. To try and fix the problem I have gone into settings and disabled then re-enabled the genie app store, I have tried disabling the anti virus and re-enabled it, but nothing is fixing this issue for me. - GovnahAspirantI can confirm similar issues. Blank screen on the RN516 when logged into Genie Market Place. Under the installed apps, all apps are showing with the exception of HTOP and Sabnzb that were showing.
Absolutely bizarre behavior for sure. This is getting old and still scratching my head how/why NTGR would release this with out further testing/QC.
Just the other day my RN516 was in a state where frontview was inaccessible even though you could ping, SSH, and all the apps were running. I tried to restart from frontview and SSH and the RN516 would not reboot and was in the state for a day or two. Opened a ticket with NTGR level 3 SSHed and was unable to address and informed just to pull the plug and restart, which I did and for the last few days I have not had that issue. Holding out for the next firmware release in hopes of addressing these issues.
Update: I SSHed into the RN516 and did a touch /apps/htop/.localapp and sabnzbd and then the two missing apps showed up. Strange because all was working before.
