RNDP6000-200NAS questions

I have started the process for looking for a NAS solution for our church. I have been reading a lot and have narrowed it down to a couple of models with the RNDP6000-200NAS being one of them. So I have a couple of questions that I would like to get answers to and then go from there. The storage will be used for Xenserver VM storage, SBS2011 and data, Fog project Image server, etc. Requirements are Raid 10 and Amazon s3 backup capability. It appears that with the latest firmware It can do raid 10 and the readynas vault uses elephant drive which in an essence is amazon s3. I would like to know if RAID 10 will continue to be supported, not sure why it has not been supported in the past since I think it is superior to a lot of the raid 5 stuff out there. What I would prefer to run is a 4 disk raid 10 with a hot spare, is the pro 6000 capable of doing this? Also, the other thing that I like about the netgear product is that it appears that I could get a NDB hardware warranty on the equipment, but I am having trouble finding the right part number, what is the best way to go about purchasing the better support and what part number should I bee looking for that will support RNDP6000-200NAS. Thanks in advance, long time linux user and thought about rolling my own but it appears that readynas just makes it to easy :D

Looks like I found the extended warranty is PRR0333, for this model...if someone can verify this, it would be appreciated.

RAID 10 is a newly added feature in the ReadyNAS firmware and will continue to be supported. You will need to be running the NAS in FlexRAID mode rather than XRAID to take advantage of it, and in FlexRAID mode you will also gain the option of specifying drives as hot spares. 4xRAID10 w/ a hot spare wouldn't be a problem.

The XpressHW contract part number for the RNDP6000 is PRR0333-100. This will provide you next-business-day service for any RMAs through us for a period of 3 years. There's also the OnCall 24x7 contract (PMB0333) which provides you with the NBD replacement as well as phone support for a period of 3 years (vs the standard 90 days of phone support included).
