What is the firmware version?

Okay, that did it. I had no idea about the password infrant1 and I was unaware of the version. I can now login and make the changes. Thanks for your help! Your awesome!

If the system is still running RAIDiator 3.x then it is running ancient firmware that is at least 8 years old (if I recall correctly). A lot of improvements have been made in newer firmware.
I would suggest you backup your data and then update the firmware to something more recent, then do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything), configure the NAS to use e.g. User Security Mode and restore your data from backup.
