SATA reset on ReadyNAS Duo v1
I have an old ReadyNAS Duo v2 with two HDDs. Recently it started to have issues and froze. Something was wrong with the HDDs or other hardware. After taking out one disk it worked again. I therefore thought one of the disks were failing and got it replaced. It now works but the two error messages below keeps coming back.
"Access to the disk on channel (??) is producing I/O errors. Although the array is still redundant, please replace this drive as soon as possible, as it is likely to fail soon."
"A SATA reset has been performed on one or more of your disks that may have affected the RAID parity integrity. It is recommended that you perform a RAID volume resync from the RAID Settings tab ( accessible in the Volumes page => Volume tab in FrontView ). The resync process will run in the background, and you can continue to use the ReadyNAS in the meantime"
I have Raidar 4.1.11 which might be the latest for this NAS? and Raid X.
Any ideas of what's wrong?

If you are running 4.1.x firmware you have a duo v1, not a duo v2. I edited your post title to fix that. Please read this guide for more information on v1/v2 identification - it can be confusing. http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/
The lastest firmware for your NAS is 4.1.15. It should be showing up if you check for updates from the NAS web ui. Or you can upgade it manually: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30914/~/raidiator-version-4.1.15-(sparc)
The duo is still having trouble commucating to the disk drives. One possibility is that your second drive is failing too. A second possibility is that the chassis hardware is becoming unreliable.
Have you looked at the SMART statistics for both drives? If you want help analyzing them, you can post them here.

You are right! Thanks. It is a ReadyNAS duo v1 running Radiator 4.1.14. I guess I got confused by my model sticker saying "RND2000 v2".
I used to have two WD disks in my NAS, but one was replaced to a Seagate. Smart+ of disk 1reads (unfortunately in Swedish, I coudn't figure out how to change language):
