scews for the tray

I have a Netgear ReadyNas NV+ RND 4000 v1, can some one tell me where I can get screws to fix the HDD to the tray? The phone support couldn't/didn't want to help

Call again, ask for a supervisor. They do have them, some agents aren't trained properly.
