Security Lock - Locking the HDDs
I bought a laptop lock so I could lock the ReadyNAS Duo to a radiator to make it more secure. But after I did this I realised that this didn't lock the HDDs at all. Someone can turn up and just remove them. You can flick the little switch on each drive bay but that's no security.
How do I lock the drives against intruders?

- BMachAspirantI had noted that and thought it makes the Kensington lock almost useless, but I still use the Kensington lock to deter theft
- chirpaLuminaryYa, the lock only protects the chassis (worthless compared to the data on the drives). I've wanted them to make the chassis kensington lock also disable the trays, but the chassis has not been redesigned in years.
- NibinaearAspirantGlad it's not just me, this NAS has a lot of issues. It could deter a really thick criminal but that's about it!
