Okay, I'm officially surprised. Fairly painless and new PSU is on it's way (so they say!).
For those in Australia, the NV+ is considered a business product, so don't push the "home" user button.
Also, the "home" users deal with Indian-based tech support, business gets Australians. Those in Aust know what that means ...
