My ReadyNAS NV+ just died, no email warnings were sent, the unit was found powered off and wouldn't power on, no leds are on and no noises are comming from the unit. The unit is being powered by a UPS which is also powering other devices, no problem with those. I originally purchased the unit in July 2007. I don't have it setup for timed power off / on. I believe the power supply just quit.
I've checked and my serial number is within the suspected range of the service action. How do I go about getting a replacement power supply as soon as possible?
