* This warning also applies to other tools which use IDENTIFY DEVICE to obtain drive information. The problem is not SMART related.
So it looks like the specific command is IDENTIFY_DEVICE - I'm not sure when (or if) the Readynas would issue it. Did you compare the MD5 of your test files after the copy?
