ST3250410AS 250gb

Got a readynas ultra2 and two of those HD.

works perfectly

  • Thanks for letting us know. by the way how is the read/write speed using these disk?
  • via 300mbps WIFI connection got 15-17mb/sec...


    notthing to be amazed but doubt that those disk are the problem....

    Those speeds are pretty good for wireless. The wireless would be the limiting factor. Accessing over gigabit ethernet you'd get much faster speeds.

    You should note that there's no 250GB disk on the HCL. Whilst technically 250GB disks can work, if you run into issues with those disks NetGear will deny support. Still if you had a few of those disks lying around and backup important data primarily stored on the ReadyNAS regularly then I can understand choosing them.
