yes, replicate sync is one way.
Egnytes cloud sync may work very well for you depending on the type of files you are needing to sync.
From my minimal experiments with egnyte, I don't think it will work with databases, VM's or any other that needs real-time low-latency multiple-user simultanious access. It is also not designed to share out your entire nas, just specific portions you load into the cloud sync folder.
Office files and stuff that is mostly static but may be updated at both locations should work fine.
