Thank you Netgear!
:D I just completed my normal basic install of my new Ultras (u2 and u2+). To say I am flabbergasted would be an understatement! Both of these tiny little toys are truly faster than anything I have ...

PapaBear,
Your last share was very gracious. Thanks. It only took me 4 tries to print it.
Then, I noticed the little, tiny, light white 'printer icon' in the top right border of the forum window. Duh! Never recall seeing it before.
Clicked it, and, now have your text and pix. Again, thanks. I plan to study it today and crisply get the logic.
Backup duties are not as scary as they have been anymore. I believe I may have my 1st backups complete late 7/6/12.
Both units are now ready for their new drives; maybe later tonight, or, tomorrow. Both new units have their new static ip addys, gateway addy, and DNS pointers, and assigned 'names/IDs.' This AM I went to NG and registered both units. Surprised was I! The Ultra2 netted its' expected 3yr warranty, but, the ultra2+ graced me with a 5yr warranty! Since I expect both new toys to perform like my old DUO-v1, both warranties will expire without a claim.
Plan to blow 7/6/12 for raid/mirror creation and stabilization. Then, I will add my chosen share names, [Data] and [Backup]. I plan to set these for CIF, NFS, and RSync. See, I use a very severe share naming scheme also....... I did so giggle at your nas ID/names. I use an equally clandestine, complicated name scheme also: nasA, nasB, nasC.......... Life can be tough; NAS stuff should not be!
