Ultra 2 PLUS for Squeezebox streaming

I am assuming you are talking about a blank HD into the Ultra +, not one with data on it. It's a simple process. Mount the drive in the tray, with the Ultra + on, open the door, insert the HD, latch the drive and close the door. The Ultra + (just as the other NAS units) will test the drive as to viability and size (cannot be smaller than the other drive) then initialize the drive and then start the resync. This will take some hours.
I have also ripped CD's onto my NAS, but then just play the .mp3 using Windows Media Player.
