While in Windows Explorer or Computer (both give similar views) in the tree on the left side of the windows, the NAS should show up under the Network heading. Clicking on the NAS name (along with the Duo name) should then show the shares. Clicking on the share name "media" will then show the first level folders.
If your shares on the Duo are showing up as drives, then that's because you mapped the share to a drive letter. I have done this on my primary NAS but not the others. It makes it easier to find the files in many Windows applications that are set up for drive letters.
If you try to access the shares and folders directly in the browser you will get a 404-file not found error. To the best of my knowledge, the only thing you can access directly is the admin (Frontview) setup by typing in "https://<ip address>/admin".
