I'll second Steve. I have exactly the same thing going on. Disk 1,2 spindown and Disk 3,4 keep running. I also have the exact same kind of drives as Steve. Sure hope there is fix soon. I hate to have the drives spinning all the time. In fact this was the MAIN reason I chose ReadyNAS. My last NAS was a Patriot Valkyrie. My drives spun themselves to death in under a year. :x
