Something weird happened in May and I need to know what needs to be done to resolve this issue. Here are the logs (start from the bottom up):

Seems 3 of 4 disks already dropped of RAID, Also it is showing ATA errors.
Since RAID is already out, contacting Support would be the way to go. Experts will have to analyze further on what possible options for recovery can be done.
Please note that you may have to purchase a Data Recovery contract for the service.
