Unable to Login
I've had this equipment since 2013 and it just keeps going. I don't login to the admin very often because it's so reliable. However, I can't login right now when I use either of the IP addresses (192...

Normally only one NIC is connected - unless you have set up some form of link aggregation in the admin web ui. If you haven't done that, I suggeset disconnecting one of the ethernet cables.

You can wade through the attached device list to try to figure this out. But you can also see it on the NAS front panel. Pinging the NAS hostname in the PC would also tell you the IP address.

Then log in as https://nas-ip-address/admin (using the real IP address of course).

That is risky - the NAS really isn't a "set up and forget" device. One scenario - one disk fails, and the volume ends up degraded. You don't notice. Eventually a second disk fails, and you lose all your data.
As an aside, RAID isn't enough to keep your data safe. If you don't have a backup strategy in place for the NAS, you will eventually lose the data on it.

Or if you had set up the NAS to use a static IP, then it's IP address is outside the range for the new router. That's a common issue, which is why setting a static IP is usually a bad idea. IP address reservation in the router is a better solution.
If that is the case, then you can temporarily use the old router again and go in and disable static IP, make a direct connection with a PC and do the same, or do an OS re-install, which will set it back to static IP and also reset the admin password to the default. Just don't accidentally do a factory default, which erases all data.
FYI, a NAS is not a "set and forget" device, even if you have email alerts turned on. You really should be "checking in" on it occasionally with at least RAIDar, but better the admin interface. I do so weekly or more often, which is probably overkill. But I wouldn't suggest anything less often than monthly.
