Unable to register Second Hand RN102
Hi everyone, it's that old chestnut again. I've got my hands on a perfectly usable RN102 for my first NAS. I know it's end of life but you still need to register a deice to use the Readycloud IOS app. I am unable to log a support case without having a device registered. Help from any friendly netgear tech will be appreciated!

Hi DigWeMust,
Welcome to the Community!
Unfortunately, you cannot register a second-hand device because the warranty is not transferrable.
You should still be able to use ReadyCLOUD even if you are not able to register the device on the myNETGEAR portal.
May I know on which part of the ReadyCLOUD setup, you are having trouble with?
You may also check this article for the steps on how to enable the ReadyCLOUD service on your NAS.

Thanks, in the ReadyCLOUD IOS app, devices tab shows "there is no ReadyCLOUD device managed by your netgear account. to register your device go to the ReadyCLOUD page in your device's local admin page."

The article https://kb.netgear.com/22815/How-do-I-add-my-ReadyNAS-OS-6-storage-system-to-my-ReadyCLOUD-Account seems to have answered all my questions. Thanks!
