Unable to upgrade OS on RN104 from 6.4.0 to 6.5.2
Hello,
My RN104 has been offline for 3 years or so. When I fired it back up, I reset it to factory default.
The OS informed me that there is a new OS 6.5.2, but was unable to install.
I tried installing manually, but got a "Unrecognized server error." popup.
I tried uploading the .img file first and then uploading the full .zip file. Neither worked.
Are there any suggestions that I could try?

Try rebooting, and see if the 6.5.2 firmware is installed anyway.
Once it is installed, you will find there is newer firmware (6.10.3 is current). But it is important to install 6.5.2 first, you can't jump directly from 6.4 to the current firmware.
