Thanks mdgm, we intend to have a weekly backup to external USB HDD which will be stored off-site and will be considering a cloud backup service in addition. Just for reference, there are only 2 ATA errors on each HDD and 11 and 13 load cycle errors. These figures do not change after rebooting and did not change overnight.
