The drive is certainly on the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) so it should be working ok. You might want to contact Tech Support and open a ticket. If you have owned the NAS for less than 90 days you are still in the free telephone Tech Support period. After that you will have free online support as long as the unit is under warranty.
