WD30EZRX Any problems ?

Ok, i have been using the RNDU4000 with WD30EZRX for a month now. during this month is was working full time: downloading, repairing, moving, copying. Plus i needed to copy my old 2x2TB nas to the netgear.
I just checked SMART+ and i see:
Spin Up time :8k
Load Cycle Count : 11
Do i need to worry about the Spin Up Time?
