WD30EZRX Any problems ?

I haven't tried it, but if I understand what it does correctly, I don't think it will help you. It increases a threshold, so that the drives take longer to park after disk activity ends.

However, when you are doing a large file transfer the drives are always active, so the heads should never be parking anyway.
