Which device is recomened for off site backup?

ReadyNAS Pro Series has business features such as snapshot feature. Whilst this is only of benefit for the source machine, it'd be better to have a Pro at both locations. If on a tight budget you could put an Ultra off-site.
Replicate uses Rsync. It's better than simply using Rsync as it allows you to keep multiple revisions of your files and control backups between your ReadyNAS units using a single web admin interface, amongst other nice features. Have a read of http://www.readynas.com/replicate
