Wow now that is a nice interface
Readynas is OK! The only thing that lacks is a really cool and nowadays interface. the new 3.0 interface of synology nases blows me away. I just like i am in windows. http://www.synology.com/...

I think you are getting confused about the definition of design. Design is as much about how something works as well as how it looks.
Frontview uses very outdated frames and seems to conform to small resolutions.
