Are you just seeing a security warning, or something more?
What is the status of the NAS? Disks ok?
Is this a new setup?
Did you try https://192.168.1.86/admin from your browser?

Thanks.
Old setup.
Raidar says both disks are healthy.
Putting that link in the browser generates the same error message from the browser. It more of a fail message than just a warning. It won't connect.

Maybe try restarting it. To that gracefully you can hold down the power button until the LED flashes (which should take about 5 seconds).
See page 14 here: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RND2110/Duov1_NV+v1_HW_en_06Dec11.pdf

Do you still have access with windows file explorer (or finder)?
Is ssh enabled on the NAS?
