Maybe try restarting it. To that gracefully you can hold down the power button until the LED flashes (which should take about 5 seconds).

Good thought but no luck. Restart didn't work. I still get the same browser error.

Do you still have access with windows file explorer (or finder)?
Is ssh enabled on the NAS?

Thanks Stephen. Perhaps we're getting closer. Explorer sees it and generates this
I don't know about ssh on the ReadyNAS but nothing has really changed on the laptop except I upgraded Raidar from 6.3 to 6.5

That screenshot isn't working out to well. I'm getting "an unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file...
Error 0x80004002: no such interface supported
A search for that code yielded this:
I thought it might be some new Windows 10 security thing so I tried to access the NAS from an ancient chromebook. No dice. Same refusal to connect.
