Air Video Conversion with Iphone App

When I try to convert a video using my AirVideo Iphone app, the AirVideo server proceeds with the conversion as I see it writing to the nas folder, however, it does not save the converted file to mp4 format. I believe that this is due to the fact that the mp4creator binary is missing. I have tried to install the mpeg4ip-utils package which includes the mp4creator via SSH using apt-get, however, this does not work.

Does someone have a step-by-step compile procedure from a debian etch source to do this or will this be included in a future build of the AirServer addon?

  • I've got the same issue here, except I can't seem to have a mpeg4ip-utils package available at all, running 2.4.16.
    Anyone? Please?
  • Hi,

Did you ever resolve this issue, by any chance?

    Regards,

    Edwin
