Connect error code: -300

Replicate relies on a virtual network interface of ReadyNAS Remote to transfer data,error code -300 should be network issue between 2 Replicate units,please download logs and check 'Network_setting.log' to make sure the Virtual NIC is running on both units
if Remote is functional,you will see the interface as below:
