Did you check the log zip file, or just look via the web ui?
You could of course look at both systems, and try to reconcile the directories. Painful, but it should get you there.

I get an email, which is the same as the web ui.
Where is the log zip file?

There'a a "download all logs" link on the top right of the log page in the web ui. Click on that, and after some thought the NAS will download the log zip to the PC.

I downloaded the logs and went through them. No file error to speak of. There does not seem to be anything related to Replicate in the logs. That's what's throwing the error. Replciate doesn't say what the file is with the issue and there are no file errors to speak of in the logs.
Weird that Replicate doesn't say what it has an issue with.
Thanks for the attempt.

I fixed it.
In Replciate, you select the folders you want to backup. There was a main folder and we were backing up 11 of 12 folders.
In a cleanup, we moved and deleted several of the 11 folders. Replicate was still looking for those folders. The copy error was not being able to find the folders. I wish it had jsut reported "Can't find the folder Surveys" or whatever.
Once I went into Replicate and fixed the folder selection, it was fine.
