But is that really the case on this forum? I guess it's possible that people might be arranging a huge number of Teamviewer sessions in PMs, where I'd never see them, but the ones that I do see on the forums -- and there aren't many; maybe one or two a month at most -- are nearly always concluded with a detailed description of how the problem was fixed.
