Hi coreyleap,
Welcome to the community!
It is likely that your Source ReadyNAS is not connecting to the internet properly or maybe both of them. Have DNS 8.8.8.8 added in both NAS units and if this won't fix the problem, consider setting up port forwarding using the port 6XXX under the ReadyCLOUD->Settings page.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

I have got googles dns servers set at both ends so not that. "consider setting up port forwarding using the port 6XXX under the ReadyCLOUD->Settings page." What ports do I open for this and where do I find this exactly and do I need to setup something on my router also to make this works properly, if so which servioces do i need to open on the router firewall.

The troubleshooting link is http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/25089/~/readynas%3A-replicate-troubleshooting
See pages 15-16 in http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-COMMON/ReadyNAS%20Replicate%20UM_10Jul2013.pdf to see how to configure the incoming port. You then forward that port in the firewall.
