So, is replicate.readynas.com Down or What?
Unbelievable.
Could someone bother to check and see if the site's live? Everything appears OK on my end, however any attempt to navigate there is a dead end.
Seriously, this software (in it's current form) is a JOKE. If you're going to force us to manage jobs online: then you have a responsibility to ensure we can actually do it (especially given how ludricously expensive the licensing is for something that generally fails to work 'as advertised').

- Ya, appears to be down, but only the SSL (HTTPS) port though, which is odd.

I've poked the crew there, informing them of the issue. - You're having better luck than me as NEITHER works.
tril - I talked to my old peeps there, informed them of it. Hopefully it will be addressed soon.

cap1, does the outage affect scheduled backups? - Neither my scheduled nor my forced backups have been successful.
- Glad to know I'm not the only one having issues. It didn't register any of our new ReadyDATA units on our account earlier today, then as of this afternoon I was not able to login at all.
I hope this is not a recurring issue with this service. - Our backups are also not running. replicate.readynas.com web portal is working intermitiently. Any ETA on resolution?

- There were some difficulty in the past day. We were able to alert the right team to resolve the issue.
There are some steps that we are looking into to help prevent the extended downtime that we have experiencing the last day. - Yes, I did alert the right team when I saw the forum posts on here :P
Is there plans to put some load balancing in there, so if a server drops, another one can take over? Having the service rely on the website to remain active for scheduled backup jobs to run should make that a requirement.
