3 drive failures w/in 10 days of 4.2.22 upgrade? #19570015

Found a possible relationship with my issue. The "command timeout" is >0. There isn't any reallocated sectors associated with the command timeout. Not really sure if it is the drive or the ReadyNAS unit had a problem with the drive. If anyone out there would know, please post a comment. Thanks.
