3 drive failures w/in 10 days of 4.2.22 upgrade? #19570015

I'd just like to add that my "issue with support" has been addressed. The case has been transferred to the support person that dealt with my recent NV+ case, he's in my time-zone and is very good.
Given that I have a "spare" Ultra 6 Plus until I return the original I have decided to test it with the seagate disks that keep showing as failed having downgraded it from 4.2.22 to 4.2.21. I'm currently stressing this and my new Pro BE. I've also turned off the drive spin down on the Pro (desperation).
Support think that perhaps the new Pro BE should be RMA'd too. Or that there's something very strange going on with these particular disks (3 of them are brand new, 4 of them are 3 year's old) as we had three disks failing simultaneously with command timeouts last night (a mix of old and new disks so unlikely to be a "bad batch").
My main issue now is that whatever the resolution I'll end up with 6 seagate 1.5TB drives that I don't have a use for since I'm replacing them in the Pro BE with 6 x WD20EARX ...
