Glad to hear that at least your has been confirmed to be a bad hard drive. Ours was just to coincidental to have a perfectly fine drive failed on firmware upgrade, again with a brand new clean drive of the same model which later proved to pass SEATools Long Test, and the problem went away with another model replacement.
