Add user operations failed
Unknown error occured shown while trying to add/delete user or share.
Firmware version 6.9.2
Already tried OS re-install
No help.
Shared folder also not accessable through network.

Please download the system logs and then provide it to us. You may upload the system logs to any file sharing website and then PM the link.
