Additional Shares Visble to user admin via SMB cv. AFP not listed in FrontView->Shares

When connecting to my OS 6.5 ReadyNAS 314 from OS X 10.11.5 (with all latest updates) via user "admin" I'm seeing additional shares visble depending on if I'm connecting with AFP or SMB.   These ar...

    This is because you are accessing the NAS using it's admin credentials (and it is by design). 

     

    The only way to change it is to use different credentials when you access via SMB.
