Admin password recovery

After firmware upgrade, admin login is not accepting password. Password recovery is Not working either. Neither admin password and recovery question was changed. I can still access share folders.

Did you try the default password, just in case an OS re-install somehow occcurred when you did the upgrade?

Is your backup up to date? If not, I'd suggest updating that next.

Have you tried an OS Re-install?

    As mdgm says, you should update your backup first if you can.
    
    Then I'd try a normal reboot, and if that fails do the OS reinstall.
