Advanced option on ReadyNas backup

Hi,

I have set new backup job from a Windows shared hard drive to ReadyNas folder. After backup this generate some errors for copy of the system folders by Windows Hard Drive. So I want exclude the folders but I can't use the advanced options because it's disabled.

what can I do ?

    Hi giuseppeT,

Thank you for the information and screenshot that you have provided. The exclude option is only available in RSYNC protocol (server and remote) on the built-in backup job feature of the ReadyNAS. This protocol is supported by Linux OS, MAC OS and Windows (using Cygwin, Grsync or SFU).

Let me know if you have further questions.

    Kind regards,
