All FTP backup jobs become Full = "Every Time" with upgrade
I just upgraded from 4.2.15 to 4.2.17. Now, all my FTP backup jobs have been changed to "Schedule Full Backup: Every Time." "Every Time" is the only option in the drop-down, so I can't fix them! Thi...

I've been reading this thread carefully. I for one am extremely annoyed that this full FTP backup bug is still not sorted. Could somebody shed some light on this perhaps? I have an NVX Pro (with 4.2.17)
I contacted Netgear support on 2nd May with the following:
Netgear responded on 4th May:
And then confirmed on 8th May (after I chased them):
Unfortunately, it's very difficult to find a proper FTP backup solution that doesn't cost an arm and a leg these days, let alone an rsync solution with decent storage space at good value. My backup solution with Livedrive.com works great - if only this bug (which didn't exist before) could be ironed out. Then I can get back to doing incremental backups again. For now, every large backup I do keeps crashing (as it's doing the backup over and over again).
Now, it is ludicrous that this bug is still not resolved  and any tips from the forum experts would be most welcome!
Thanks for any pointers / help!! :(
I contacted Netgear support on 2nd May with the following:
Before upgrading to RAIDiator 4.2.16 (recently), I used to have FTP with the option "INCREMENTAL" backup (via the "FIRST TIME" setting). This was in 4.2.15.
Now, I realise that this option in 4.2.16 is no longer available to me? Has this been removed or should it be there?
Allow me to explain. I did some fact finding and if I create a new backup job, FIRST TIME is available (plus every week, 2,3,4 weeks) - as it used to be. However, as soon as I choose FTP as my destination, these disappear. This wasn''t the case with my older firmware, which did incremental backups without a problem.
Netgear responded on 4th May:
I understand you are having an issue with the FTP backup options.
I've tested this on our NVX and was able to replicate the results.
I don't believe this was meant to be changed like this, however I cannot verify that yet.
I will go ahead and send up an e-mail to our engineers to verify if this is an error in the latest 4.2.16 firmware.
And then confirmed on 8th May (after I chased them):
There has been no direct answer to your case, but multiple bugs have been fixed on a very shortly up-coming release of 4.2.16
