Backing up from a 2100 at my office to a 2100 at data ctr

ReadyNAS Replicate would work great for that, or you can setup rsync over ssh on the NAS to do a backup. Look in backup jobs and you can configure everything right there for copying files to an off-site source. Of course, you'll need to forward ports from your firewall to your NAS on both sides (SSH port and/or just RSYNC if you choose not to use SSH).
