I found the admin information. I was looking at the version 2 manual instead of the version one because it is labeled v2 at the bottom but it is actually v1.
I still need help setting up to back up to it.

The best way is to get a backup tool that runs on the PCs, and which supports Windows Network Shares as a backup target.
I use Acronis TrueImage that way myself. Some posters like FreeFileSync; I haven't tried it myself.
