To be able to modify the permissions on a folder inside a share and add write rights for a specific user, I had to manually add the user as a write enabled user in the frontview share view.
Shouldn't I be able to manage all permissions at the directory level without messing with the share level?
Os is this how I am supposed to do it : allow everyone read/write at the share level, and then, adjust who gets to see and access what at the active directory level with file permission level?
It looks like I'm having the "permission denied" when I try to allow a user at the file access level while they are not allowed at the share level.
