Understood :) Just wanted to get opinions on some steps I could do to lessen the impact here. Is the information sufficient enough to at least narrow down what caused it? (I assume it's something to do with the upgrade from the earlier versions to the newer versions... as I don't seem to have this problem on the new 2100 we've got here.
