Hi djcrazyase,
I cannot view the image you have posted. However, based from your response, the NAS IP address: 10.4.1.11 is not within the same network as with your PC that is within the 192.168.1.0 network. I suggest you these steps below:
1. First, check if your ReadyNAS Duo is really a v2 on this link: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how ... -or-nv-v2/
2. After verifying it, perform OS reinstall. OS reinstall will set the password back to its default and the NAS will be set back as being a DHCP client. This will not delete any data saved in the NAS.
Refer to these links as refernce guide in doing OS reinstall:
If your ReadyNAS is a Duo v1: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detai ... 6%2F600%3F

Another way is this:
1. Connect a PC directly to your NAS.
2. Set a static IP address to your PC that is within the same range as with the IP address set on your NAS, for example: 10.4.1.10.
3. Access the web-GUI of your NAS
4. Set a static IP Address to your NAS that is within the range of your existing network. For example: 192.168.1.108
5. Reconnect the NAS to your existing network.
6. Set your PC to Obtain an IP address Automatically then reconnect it to your existing network
7. Check if could now access the NAS within your existing network.
Hope this would help :D
