Ok guys, so I went and tried the OS reinstall...
- I turned the power off the NAS, keeping the power cable connected (waited more than 60 seconds)
- Turned the power back on, keeping my finger on the power button, until i see the LED blink once. Let go
- Then I use a paperclip to hit the resent on the back of the device for 5-6 seconds.
Hope this is what I was supposed to do.
Afterwards, this did not conduct the OS reinstall I don't believe. However, now the RAIDar cannot see the drive.
I had to restart my computer, now it sees it but the IP is still the same... 10.4.1.11
Any thoughts on alternative options?
Thanks in advance guys!
Best,
Aaron
